for a first meeting, i would consider a nice relaxed lunch followed by a leisurely walk, in a location of your choice. Clothing optional naturally.
A ride in the country, stop for a picnic lunch, or an informal country cafe, farmhouse etc.. Hang out for a few quality hours :-) Get to KNOW each other!

my first date with my wife was at a sports bar, watching sunday football, and having lunch. after 2 games, we left for a candle party she was invited to, then had dinner, then the date lasted 2 more days.
